P/S - How to check if you are fit or not? Walk up 3 flights of stairs. If you are winded by the time you reach the 3rd floor, your fit-o-meter is low. :P</description>

		<description>Sound scary loh... Only started back with my Combat classes recently. Now wondering if I'll be able to workout for all those tracks...:-p

At least you are better than me in working out using the treadmills, walk on the stepper and lifting free weights. You can still tahan for 30 mins. Me "zero" loh. I much prefer to workout on a ball or just get a mat and do my own workout. Funny thou. How come I never ever do that at home??? Ah well... I guess that's one of the reason I've to push myself off to gym if not ?????? Over eat and under workout !!! haha.</description>
