Yessss, the day we’ve been waiting for is *finally* here! Since we first heard about it a month ago, Sweetheart and I have been excitedly waiting for it to be included into our gym schedule.

It’s actually not new since the Brailians had been enjoying it for awhile but it has not reached our shores till now. Our gym is actually the very first one to introduce it to the Malaysian public. *proud beam*

It’s extremely energised…burns fat effectively, especially the lower body (which I need desperately!)…has very low impact on the knees (thx to the use of trampoline)…and loads of fun! Need I say more?
