No, it’s not for "Friends wif Benefits" (or the more crude term "F**k Buddy"). It’s actually for "FaceBook", the increasingly popular social network that is taking the world by storm.

Everyday, more and more folks I know are turning into active FB users. Even my own Sweetheart who used to scorn at FB is actively playing Warbook and Texas Holdem thru his FB account. Heh…
.
It is also a great tool for folks to keep in touch with each other. Update friends on what’s hot and what’s not in our lives. It’s amazing how much communication has transpired between me and some high school friends - folks I have not seen nor spoken to for more than a decade!

Folks upload pictures and videos, write on walls, offer drinks, buy toys and send plants to each other thru FB. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Every single day, new applications are being drawn up and shared with the 80+ million users around the globe. It’s just mind-boggling!

Of late, it has also became the most active social network amongst Dellians. It’s public knowledge that our very own CEO has an active FB account. In fact, alot of corporate updates are shared thru FB, encouraged by the big guy himself.

I am preparing myself for the day my boss pings me via FB all the way from Austin and starts sending me virtual drinks thru it.
